A call can be linked to a task so the next step doesn't get lost among other to-dos and incoming calls.

Due date and callback reminder

You can set a due date on a task. It helps you return to a client on time when you've agreed to talk later.

A comment on the conversation

A comment captures what was agreed and why the task appeared. The context stays next to the call and the client.

Task statuses
