ProZvonki integration with amoCRM

ProZvonki links the Android dialer with your amoCRM account: on a call the app finds the client by number, shows their name right on the incoming call screen, logs the call in the card and, when needed, creates a lead with a contact and a task. Everything works through a long-lived token of a private integration — with no server of your own and no intermediaries.

Client lookup by number

At the moment of a call the app searches amoCRM for a contact by phone number — in several formats (+7 and 8) so the match is found reliably. The call is instantly linked to the right client card and their lead.

Client name from amoCRM on the incoming call screen

The key difference: if the number isn't in the phone's contacts, the app finds the client in amoCRM and shows their name right on the full-screen incoming call screen — before you pick up. You immediately see who's calling, even if the contact exists only in the CRM. Enabled with a single toggle.

Call logging in the client card

Incoming and outgoing calls are logged in amoCRM as call notes right in the found contact's or lead's card: direction, number and duration. Only the fact of the call is saved — the conversation audio is not recorded and is not sent anywhere. The history builds up where the manager looks for it — in the card feed.

Leads and contacts from calls

A call from an unknown number can automatically land in the “Unsorted” (Incoming leads) section — with a new contact and lead ready to process. The name of the created record is set by a template with placeholders — for example “Incoming call {number}”.

Flexible call scenarios

For each call type — incoming or outgoing, from a known or unknown number — you choose the action yourself: do nothing, just log the call or create a record in amoCRM. No extra records pile up, and the ones you need aren't lost.

Tasks for calls

After a call the app can create a reminder task in amoCRM itself — for example, to call back a missed call. It's configured by scenario and outcome (answered or missed), with a due date (end of day, in an hour or tomorrow) and a text template. The task is linked to the call entity.

Tags for calls

Tags can be added automatically to the call entity — separately for answered and for missed calls. Existing tags aren't erased, and tags make it easy to filter leads and build pipelines in amoCRM afterwards.

No server of your own

The integration works through a long-lived token of an amoCRM private integration — the app talks to your account directly. No intermediate server is needed, and the token is stored on the device in encrypted form. There's also an exclusion list: no records or tasks are created for service numbers.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the amoCRM integration

Do you need your own server for the amoCRM integration?

No. The integration works through a long-lived token of an amoCRM private integration — the app talks to your account directly at an address like mycompany.amocrm.ru. No separate server or intermediary is needed, and the token is stored on the device in encrypted form.

Is the client name from amoCRM shown right on the call screen?

Yes. If you enable “Show contact name from amoCRM”, then on an incoming call from a number that isn't in the phone's contacts the app looks it up in amoCRM and shows the client's name right on the full-screen incoming call screen — before you pick up.

Does the app record conversation audio in amoCRM?

No. The app only logs the fact of the call — direction, number and duration. The conversation audio is not recorded and is not sent to amoCRM.

How does the app connect to amoCRM?

You create a private (external) integration in amoCRM and generate a long-lived token on the “Keys and access” tab. You paste it together with the account address into ProZvonki and tap “Test connection”.
