Connecting takes a few minutes and needs no server of your own: you create a private integration in amoCRM, generate a long-lived token, paste it together with the account address into ProZvonki and choose what to do with calls. Below is the step-by-step order.
Step 1. Create a private integration and get a token
In amoCRM open amoMarket → the ⋯ menu (top right) → “Create integration” → “External”. Fill in the required fields and save. Then on the “Keys and access” tab generate a long-lived token and copy it.
Step 2. Copy the account address
You'll need your amoCRM account address, like mycompany.amocrm.ru. You can paste either the short name (mycompany) or the full link — the app understands both.
Step 3. Open the integration settings in ProZvonki
In the app go to Settings → the “Business” tab → Integrations → CRM → amoCRM and enable the integration with the toggle at the top of the screen.
Step 4. Connect the account
Paste the account address and the long-lived token into their fields and tap “Test connection”. The app confirms the connection to the account. After saving, the token is masked — you can change it with the “Change token” button.
Step 5. Turn on the client name on the incoming call screen
Turn on the “Show contact name from amoCRM” toggle. Now, on an incoming call from a number that isn't in the phone's contacts, the app finds the client in amoCRM and shows their name right on the full-screen incoming call screen.
Step 6. Pick an employee
Tap “Pick an employee” and choose the person who will be responsible for calls and the created records. If no employee is chosen, the token owner becomes responsible.
Step 7. Set up call scenarios
In the “What to do on a call” block, for each type — incoming or outgoing, from a known or unknown number — choose the action: nothing, log the call (no audio, just the fact of the call) or create a record in amoCRM. Here you also set the record name template with the {number} and {date} placeholders.
Step 8. Tasks, tags and exclusions (optional)
Enable tasks for calls — by scenario and outcome (answered or missed), with a due date and a text template. In the “Tags” block set tags for answered and missed calls. In “Excluded numbers” add service numbers for which no records or tasks will be created.
Open amoMarket → the ⋯ menu → “Create integration” → “External”, fill in the fields and save. Then on the “Keys and access” tab generate a long-lived token and copy it.
I can't find the “Integrations” section in the app settings
The section is on the “Business” tab in the app settings. The “CRM” subsection has amoCRM and Bitrix24.
The connection fails — what should I check?
Make sure the account address is correct (like mycompany.amocrm.ru), the long-lived token is copied in full and hasn't expired, and the account is reachable. On an error the app shows its text below the test button.
Why isn't a task created for some calls?
The task is linked to the call entity. If an unknown incoming call went to “Unsorted” and the entity doesn't exist yet, no task is created. For known clients and created leads, tasks are set by your rules.
