How to set up the Bitrix24 integration

Connecting takes a few minutes and needs no server of your own: you create an inbound webhook in Bitrix24, paste it into ProZvonki and choose what to do with calls. Below is the step-by-step order.

Step 1. Create an inbound webhook in Bitrix24

In the portal open Developer resources → Other → Inbound webhook. Tick the access permissions: crm, user, telephony and task. Save and copy the resulting URL, like https://your-portal.bitrix24.com/rest/1/code/.

Step 2. Open the integration settings in ProZvonki

In the app go to Settings → the “Business” tab → Integrations → CRM → Bitrix24 and enable the integration with the toggle at the top of the screen.

Step 3. Connect the webhook

Paste the copied URL into the webhook field and tap “Test connection”. The app shows whose account the webhook runs under and detects the CRM mode. After saving, the URL is masked — you can change it with the “Change” button.

Step 4. Turn on the client name on the incoming call screen

Turn on the “Show contact name from Bitrix24” toggle. Now, on an incoming call from a number that isn't in the phone's contacts, the app finds the client in Bitrix24 and shows their name right on the full-screen incoming call screen.

Step 5. Choose the CRM mode

Leave auto-detection — the app figures out the portal type itself — or set the mode manually: classic (leads are created) or simple (deals with a contact are created).

Step 6. Pick an employee

Tap “Pick an employee” and choose the person who will be responsible for calls and the created records. The call card will pop up for exactly this person.

Step 7. Set up call scenarios

In the “What to do on a call” block, for each type — incoming or outgoing, from a known or unknown number — choose the action: nothing, log the call or create a record in the CRM.

Step 8. Tasks for calls and excluded numbers (optional)

In the “Tasks for calls” block enable task creation and configure it by scenario and outcome (answered or missed). You can set a due date, an observer and title and text templates — for example, to automatically create a “Call back” task for missed calls. In the “Excluded numbers” block add service numbers for which no records or tasks will be created.

Important about the pop-up card

The call card appears in the web or desktop version of Bitrix24 for the responsible employee, not on the phone. To see it, keep Bitrix24 open under that account. To see the name on the phone itself, use the “Show contact name from Bitrix24” toggle.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about setup

Which permissions should I tick when creating the webhook?

crm, user, telephony and task. Without the task permission tasks won't be created, without telephony there's no call logging and no card.

I can't find the “Integrations” section in the settings

The section is on the “Business” tab in the app settings. The “CRM” subsection with Bitrix24 and amoCRM is available to everyone; the “Telephony” subsection with Beeline OATS is shown to users from Russia.

The connection fails — what should I check?

Make sure the webhook URL is copied in full, the webhook has the needed permissions and the portal is reachable. On an error the app shows its text below the test button.
