How to delete your data in ProZvonki

ProZvonki does not require an account. Most data is stored only on your device, and cloud data is anonymized. Here is how to delete both.

1. Data on your device

The call log, contacts, comments, tags, block lists, CRM cards, tasks, recordings and settings are stored locally. To delete them:

  • uninstall the app — all of the app's local data is removed with it;
  • or clear the app data in system settings: “Settings → Apps → ProZvonki → Storage → Clear data”.

We do not keep this data on our side — deleting it on the device is final.

2. Anonymized cloud data

The only data that essentially leaves the device is records in the unwanted-number reputation database. It is stored in anonymized form (an irreversible hash of the number, the last 4 digits, the category, a random installation identifier) and is not linked to your identity or any account. Analytics data is also anonymized.

3. Requesting deletion

To request deletion of data associated with you, email pro.zvonok@yandex.ru with the subject “Data deletion”. We will handle the request within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).

Please note: some data is anonymized, so linking it to a specific person and deleting it individually may be technically impossible.

4. What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted: all local data — when you uninstall the app or clear its data; data associated with you — on request by email.
  • May be kept: fully anonymized data that cannot be linked to you (aggregated analytics, number reputation in the shared database).
